Polyurethane Moulding is an ideal cost effective alternative for low volume injection moulding applications.  All tooling is produced in house by Olitek, by our experienced engineers, we are also able to provide assistance with design and development at the early stages of part design.

Unlike injection moulding, shrink marks are easily avoided using this process.  It is definitely a method for consideration for medium to low volume production parts.  Parts can be rigid or flexible, RIM moulding is another technique Olitek are familiar with.
